Alpaca users often test ideas in paper accounts before trading live. ClearFlow keeps supported Alpaca activity in one journal so the review starts from broker-synced data instead of scattered exports and manual notes.
Use an Alpaca-connected ClearFlow journal for prop-firm conversations, mentor review, trading partners, private communities, or personal accountability. You control whether the journal stays private, becomes unlisted, or is made public.
ClearFlow uses Alpaca credentials only for broker sync. The app cannot place, modify, or cancel trades, and it cannot withdraw or transfer funds. Credentials are stored server-side for the sync workflow.
Supported fills, timestamps, symbols, positions, and realized activity help build a cleaner trading record. Notes and review context can be added separately without changing the broker-synced trade data.
Alpaca is one of the connections ClearFlow can currently support for shareable journals because the imported activity is detailed enough for a clearer public or unlisted record. Sharing remains optional.
