Private review to controlled sharing

Three steps. Then it runs itself.

Connect supported broker activity, let the journal sync, then review privately or share a cleaner record when someone needs context.

01
Start with a private journal
Connect a supported broker and ClearFlow organizes your trades in one private place for review, notes, and performance tracking.
Private
02
Backed by broker sync
Supported trades are imported from broker activity, giving your shared journal cleaner context than a manual log.
Synced
03
Review before sharing
Add notes, review closed trades, and keep open-position detail privacy-aware until the edge has passed.
Owner view
04
Share one record when useful
Use a public or unlisted journal when a prop firm, mentor, trading partner, or private community needs to understand your trading history.
Unlisted
Broker support, stated plainly

ClearFlow separates direct broker sync from beta import coverage so the homepage does not imply every broker has the same production-ready behavior.

Common questions

Is it safe to connect my broker?
ClearFlow requests read-only access — we cannot place trades, withdraw funds, or modify your account. Credentials are encrypted and handled securely. See Security for the technical details.
What brokers can I connect?
Alpaca and tastytrade are supported directly today. SnapTrade beta adds access to 30+ financial institutions where available, including brokers like Robinhood, Fidelity, Schwab, Webull, E*TRADE, and Interactive Brokers. Import quality and asset-class coverage can vary by broker and account.
What if I want to edit or remove a trade?
Broker-synced trades stay tied to the original broker record. You can add notes or context, but imported trade data remains unchanged for accuracy.
Can I choose which journals are public?
Yes. You choose which journals are public. If a shared journal contains broker-synced trades, those trades remain linked to the broker record and cannot be edited.
